Our Story
A Family Recipe. A Singapore Legend.
What started as a humble stall on Klang Road is today one of Singapore's most iconic dining spot.
In 1969, founder Ayyakkannu brought his secret Chettinad-style fish head curry recipe from Tamil Nadu to Singapore. The bold spices, tamarind tang, and rich gravy were unlike anything the city had tasted. Within years, Muthu's Curry became a household name.
Today, his two sons carry the torch, personally blending the secret spice mix twice a week, just as their father taught them.
